Quality Control

At DOMINE, we implement rigorous quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. Our in-house laboratory conducts thorough testing, and we regularly send our products to NATA-certified laboratories for external validation.

Before production

Raw Material Testing

We precisely test the stainless wire’s composition, diameter, and tensile strength to ensure they meet stringent standards.

During production

Weaving

Our expert staff meticulously inspect the mesh aperture and flatness. Any defects are promptly identified, marked, and removed.

Pre-treatment

We inspect the stainless steel mesh to ensure that oil, dust, and other contaminants are completely removed, ensuring it is perfectly prepared for the coating process.

Powder Coating

We assess the coating’s thickness and uniformity, testing adhesion through rigorous scratch and bend tests to ensure durability.

After production

Finished Products

The final inspection includes checking mesh flatness and ensuring no visible lines. The diagonal variance on 1200x2000mm sheets is maintained within a strict +/- 5mm tolerance.

Performance Testing

Our products undergo in-house knife shear and salt spray tests. Additionally, they are regularly sent to NATA-certified laboratories for independent verification of their performance.
